Almond puri
Required things
Maida flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Melt ghee - 1/4 cup
Dried coconut drizzle - 1/2 cup
Oil - to fry
Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 1 cup
Salt - according to taste
Cardamom powder - 1 tablespoon
Cloves - 8-10
Process
Take a bowl and mix well with maida flour, rice flour, salt and ghee. Add a little water and knead the dough gently. Put it on for 10 minutes. Take a pan and add water in it. .
Now add the cardamom powder and the sugar syrup and leave it alone. Now take the dough a little bit and roll it into a small ball pattern.
Now heat the oil in the pan and fry each filling until it becomes golden.
