To make the dough:
Refined Flour - 1 kg
Ghee - required quantity
Cardamom - a little
To Stuff:
Chocolate - 500 g
Almonds - 250 g
Cashews - 250 g
Pistachio - 100 g
Sugar - 1 kg
Garam masala powder - quarter teaspoon
Oil - required quantity
Process
Roast almonds and cashews.
Combine the refined flour, a little ghee and cardamom seed in a pan and mix well with your hands.
Mix some flour in this flour and mix it with sapathi flour.
To make the stuffing inside the samosa, first have to melt the chocolate. Then add in the chopped tri-fruit.
Roll out the dough into small pans and rub them like sapatti and fold it into a triangular shape.
Put the melted chocolate mixture into the samosa with water at the edges and stick to its ends.
Cover all margins well.
Put the pan in the oven and pour the required amount of oil in it.
Once the samosa is half done, increase the heat and fry until crispy.
Now prepare the hot chocolate samosa.
