Andhra Style Chicken Fry
Chicken - 200 g
Cinnamon - 50 g
Tomatoes - 1 small
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaf - the required quantity
Anise, cumin - half a teaspoon each
Chilli - 20 g
Coriander leaves (15 grams)
Turmeric, salt - required quantity
Oil - 40 ml
Ginger - Garlic Paste - 15 g
Coriander - a little.
Salt - required quantity
Procedure:
Clean the problem thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
Chop tomatoes, small onions, paprika and coriander powder.
Heat the oil in the skillet, add the anise, cumin and curry leaves and then add the green chillies and onions.
Once the onions are slightly boiled, add the ginger-garlic paste.
Next add the tadakkali in it and stir.
Once the tomatoes are well cooked, add the chicken pieces and saut இரண்டு for two minutes. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander (salt) and salt.
Boil water for 10 minutes with a little water and sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
