How to Make Chicken Vadai
required things :
Boneless chicken - half a kilo
Onion - 2
P. Pepper - 2
Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Curry Masala - half a teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Coriander, curry leaves - a little,
Salt, oil - required quantity
Procedure:
A. Take chillies, curry leaves, coriander and onion powder.
Put the cleaned chicken pieces in the mixer and grind as they fall well without adding water.
Put the chicken in a bowl, add the sliced onions, break the egg into it and mix well.
Then add ginger, garlic paste, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, finely chopped green chillies and salt.
Then add the chopped coriander and curry leaves. Mix everything together with the grilled chicken paste and mix together.
Once the oil has dried in the pan, mix the dough with the flour and put it in the oil. Leave well and golden.
