Kerala Chicken Toran
required things
Chicken slices - half a kilo (chopped)
Onion - 2 cups,
Garlic - 2 tbsp,
Ginger - 2 tbsp,
Green chili - 8,
Chicken Spice Powder - 2 Tbsp
1 cup of good pepper powder
Cumin - 1 tbsp,
Coconut (scrambled) - 1 cup
Curry leaves, coriander leaves -, cup,
Salt, oil - required quantity
Mustard - 1 tbsp,
Lentils - 1 teaspoon,
Biryani - Not the slightest.
Procedure:
Clean the problem thoroughly.
Chop the onion, paprika and coriander powder.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and heat it with mustard, shallots, cumin, curry leaves, ginger and garlic.
Next add green chillies and big onions. Stir until well blended.
Then add the chicken pieces and stir gently.
Now add the chicken spices, powdered pepper and turmeric powder and stir well.
Then add salt as needed.
Now add 2 cups of water. Add the biryani leaf and cover the pan.
Once the water has dried completely, add the coconut water. Stir well and let it boil for a while.
Then sprinkle with coriander leaves and stir well.
Now you have the delicious Kamagama Chicken Toran Ready.
