How to Make Mutton Vadai

Mutton Vadai

required things :

Coriander bone without bone - 200 g
Peanuts - 50 g
Anise - 10 g
Karammasalat powder - 2 g
Garlic - 50 g
Green chilli - 3
Curry leaves - 3 lbs
Coriander - a little
Cumin - 5 g
Onion - 25 g
Potato (lightly boiled) - 20 g
Oil - enough to fry
Bigotry - a little
Salt - required quantity

Procedure:

Clean the coriander without bone.

Chop onion, garlic, curry leaves and coriander powder.

In a bowl, whisk together the lentils, anise, cumin and green chillies and grind to a crisp.

Grind the pork chop with half a paste and leave it alone.

Mix in the mixing water with saut ,ed, garam masala powder and ginger.

In a bowl, fold the pounded mutton, sautட paste, add salt and mix together. Keep all the flour so.

When the oil is heated in the pan, the hot rolls are cut into strips, fried in oil and served hot.
