Orange Curry
Requirements: -A cup of orange fruit slices (remove skin and nuts)
Chilli - 2 tbsp
Pinch of turmeric and mackerel
Half a teaspoon of mustard, a handful of curry leaves
Tamarind lime
The required amount of oil and salt.
Method: -
Leave the oil in the skillet… mustard, agave, curry.
Then add the orange juice and stir well… add turmeric, chilli, sour cream and salt.
When the mixture thickens and dies.
It is the best broth for Sadam and Pongal.
