Beads of soy beans - 2 cups (soaked in warm water)
Coconut - 1/2 cup (scrambled)
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 (chopped)
Mustard - 1 tbsp
Anise - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Curry - a little bit
Salt - required quantity
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
First soak the soy in the well and keep it alone.
Then put a skillet in the oven and pour the oil into it, add mustard, curry leaves and anise.
Then add the onions and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Next add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and garam masala and saut 2 for 2 minutes.
Then add the soy and stir well, add the crushed coconut and salt and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Then pour the water and boil for 5 minutes.
