TO PREPARE CARROT KHEER
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Carrot
- Almonds
- Sugar
- Kesar color
- Almond essence
- Scrape and grate the carrots.
- Steam in pressure cooker for 5 to 7 minutes without add water.
- Blanch the peel Almonds.
- Cool down the carrots to room temperature and grind it along with almonds.
- Add the ground paste when milk stars boiling.
- Reduce flame and cook for few minutes stirring in between.
- Add sugar and remove from fire.
- Mix till sugar is dissolved.
- Add color, essence and serve as hot (or)cold kheer.
