Moss sweet dosa
required things:
Molasses - 1 cup
Bacarici - 1/4 cup
Coconut flakes - 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - a little
Oil - required quantity
Method:
Soak the rice and lentils for 2 hours. Then grind separately and mix. Dissolve the jaggery in a small quantity and stir in the dosa syrup.
Add powdered cardamom and coconut flour and mix well. Dissolve a spoonful of flour. Take ghee on both sides. Prepare delicious moss sweet dosa.
Note:
When the flour is grinded, add salt, mustard, onion, green chillies, diced tomatoes, mix with flour and bake almonds.
