Super Kerala caramel fish juice
required things :
Onion - 4,
Tomatoes - 4,
Green chilli - 6,
Teaspoon - 2 tbsp,
Sardines - 1/2 kg,
Coconut milk - 100 ml
Salt, pepper and pepper - a little,
Coriander - a little.
Seasoning ...
Mustard, pepper, cumin, dill - 1/2 tbsp, coconut oil - 50 ml
Procedure:
Chop coriander, tomato and onion.
Keep the sardines clean.
Put the sausage in the oven and fry the onions when hot.
Once the onions are nicely browned, add the tomatoes and green chillies.
Next, add the cilantro, stir well, and add the coconut milk and boil it.
Once it starts to boil, add the sardines and salt in it.
Then pour the coriander leaves into the fish broth and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
