Curry Leaf Chicken
required things:
Chicken - 250 g
Oil - enough to fry
Curry leaf - 1 pack
Green Chilli - 4 (Divide into long pieces)
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp

Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - required quantity
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Peppermint - 1/4 tbsp
Method:
Put the chickpeas in a bowl first, then add the chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, pepper powder and fry it for 6 hours in fridge.
Then put a skillet in the oven and pour enough oil to fry in it, put the chicken pieces in the frying pan and put them on a paper towel.
Then fry the curry leaves and green chillies in the same oil and keep it on paper towel. Separate the green chillies separately and then crush the curry leaves alone.
Then put another skillet in the oven and pour 1 tablespoon of oil in it, add the chicken pieces, curry leaves and green chillies, along with a little chilli powder, coriander powder and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring with the lemon juice.
