How to make turkey broth

Turkey broth


required things:

Turkey - 1/2 kg
Salt - required quantity
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 cup
Masala:
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Tomatoes - 3 (chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tablespoons
Anise powder - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Salt - required quantity
Coriander - a little

Method:

First place the cooker in the oven, add turkey, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder, pour some water, cover the cooker and leave for 3 whistles, reduce the fire and boil for 15 minutes. Then turn off the stove and keep the cooker open when the whistle goes off.

Then grind the onions and tomatoes into the mix.

Then put the skillet in the oven, add the onion and tomato paste and saut வரை until the oil separates, about 15 minutes.

Then add the ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 minute, sprinkle with salt and all the spices.

Then pour the boiled turkey into the water, cover it for 10 minutes and bring it to boil and sprinkle with the cilantro, the turkey curry is ready !!!
