Mackerel fish fry

Requirements:

Mackerel fish - half a kilo
Lemon juice - one tbsp
Chilli powder - a tablespoon
Turmeric powder - one tbsp
Ginger - Half a ginger slice
Garlic - three tooth
Green chilli - 1
Small onions - 6
Ovary - 5,6 leaves
The required amount of salt
Coconut oil - fry
You can add a little anise if desired


Method:

Clean the fish and scratch the top.
Grind all the above ingredients (except fish) nicely.
Rub the spiced spices into the fish's scratches and rub them in and out. Then soak it for half an hour on the bridge or outside on the spice.
Pour the frying pan with coconut oil and fry the fish. Add lemon slices and serve.
