Almond soup
Requirements:
Almonds - 50 g
Onion - One
Celery, basil leaf - a little
Vegetable boiled water - half a liter
Milk - a cup
Almonds - a little
Peppers, salt - as needed.
Method:
Put the almonds in boiling water for 10 or 15 minutes and peel off the skin.
In a pan, add the peeled almonds, celery, basil, chopped onions and vegetable boiled water until all boil.
Bring to a boil and bring to a boil.
Add salt and pepper to it. Put it in the oven, let it simmer for a while on a small fire, and add the milk when it comes out of the oven.
Pour it into a soup bowl and serve with roasted almonds on top.
