Jaggery-Pepper
Requirements:
CHilli - 4 tablespoons,
Pepper - 10,
Cumin - 4 tbsp,
2 tablespoons of onions,
Dried chilli - 2,
Salt - required quantity.
Method:
Simply fry together the pepper, cumin, onion, dried chilli and cilantro in the pan. Once cooled, add salt and stir in a moist mixer. It can be used in a moist, airtight clean container and used when needed.
The powder can be used for up to a month. You can mix the oil and ghee in a hot saucepan.
