How to Make Malabar Fish Curry

Malabar Fish Curry

Required things :

Waffle fish - half a kilo or piece of fish
Small beans - 3
Tomatoes - 2
Cinnamon and tomato paste - a cup (grind together)
Green chillies - 2
Chilli - 2 tbsp
Roasted dill - one tbsp
(bad) coconut milk - a cup
(water) coconut milk - a cup
Curry leaves, coriander - required quantity
Salt - required quantity
Oil - required quantity.

Method:

Chop coriander, shallots and tomatoes.

A. Cut the pepper lengthwise.

When the oil is hot in the skillet, add the curry leaves and chopped onions.

 Once the onions are well seasoned, add the tomatoes and green chillies and saut  well.

Once the tomatoes are well cooked, add the sliced ​​tomatoes and onions and saut 2 for 2 minutes.

Next add the second coconut milk, chilli powder and salt and boil it well.

Once the chilli powder is gone, add the fish, first add the coconut milk and dill to the fish, turn off the oven and sprinkle with coriander.

 Malabar Fish Curry Ready.
