Lemon soup

Requirements:
Lemon juice - 3 (extract juice),
Vegetable boiled water - one liter,
Green Chilli -
Ginger - small piece,
Chopped cilantro - the size of a handle, oil, salt, pepper - is the desired quantity.



Procedure:
Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped green chilli, ginger, and pour the vegetable water and bring to a boil. Add a little turmeric, salt and a little coriander and boil it for a while (if too much water, dissolve the corn flour and stir). Turn off the oven, add the lemon juice, peppers and stir with a spoon to the boiling mixture. After a while, sprinkle some coriander leaves. Once the soup is hot, beat the two egg whites well and pour into the soup.
